Job Description

Our client, an international private banking group, is seeking an Assistant Manager to join its Fund Services team. The role will involve supporting the Directors and Senior Managers in ensuring the efficient and effective operation of the team.

The successful candidate will take the lead on day-to-day activities, assuming responsibility for the compliance and fund governance aspects of services delivered to clients. The role also involves overseeing the periodic client review process for Fund Services and proactively managing operational and fiduciary risks. A recognised qualification, such as Accountancy, Chartered Secretary, STEP, or another relevant Table 5 qualification (or be working towards one), is required. Candidates must have AML/CFT/CPF experience within Financial Regulation, along with at least three years' relevant experience in the financial services industry. The ability to work under pressure and manage workloads efficiently with minimal supervision is essential.
