Job Description

The primary purpose of this role is to carry out and be responsible for the management and co-ordination of the day-to-day administration of a portfolio of clients across a wide range of asset classes, including onboarding and transfer of administration services. 
The Manager will be expected to manage a team and provide support to the Manager and Senior Management Team of the Company by being proactive in their approach to ensure that they uphold the policies and procedures, excellent client services and reputation of the Company. 
Ensure the efficiency of the Company is maintained, deal with client requests for assistance and meet the Company's Service Level Agreements/expectations. The Assistant Manager will undertake responsibility for a portfolio of the Company's clients, ensuring all work undertaken complies with the client's constitutional documentation and relevant regulatory requirements.
