Job Description

The successful candidate will assist with the supervision, management and development of a team of administrators. To deliver a comprehensive first-class administrative service to a portfolio of more complex and high net worth clients in line with the defined business activities. To maintain and enhance client relationships on own portfolio. All tasks to be carried out efficiently and effectively, in accordance with the Companys' procedures.
Key Result Areas • Provide excellent levels of client service in line with the Companys' standards, procedures and guidelines• Maintain and update client documentation accurately• Take responsibility for own personal development, in line with agreed annual performance objectives

Table 4 qualification such as (but not restricted to) ICSA Diploma, STEP Diploma or any other Table 4 qualification


6 years’ relevant industry administration experience
Experience of developing and coaching others on a one-to-one basis
Experience in a supervisory role


Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Excellent knowledge and understanding of local finance industry, legislation and regulatory requirements
Good understanding of client financial statements
