Job Description

Great opportunity overseeing portfolio of clients including complex clients, reviewing data and escalating amendments to maintain data integrity; liaising with and travelling to meet clients; acting as C signatory; liaising with auditors; assisting with financial statements review; being aware of high risk clients requirements; delegating to, coaching and supervising team; assist with development/enhancement of team specific procedures; assisting with appraisals; scheduling, attending, preparing for meetings; producing agendas and reports; drafting minutes and resolutions; analyse work in progress and billing control forms; sending and settling client invoices; monitor and manage aged debts for team; preparing checklists for investments, drawdowns, distributions and Power of Attorney; completing tasks for won clients; preparation of CARAs for own clients; requesting CDD documentation.
Requirements are ICSA/STEP/other Table 4 qualification; 6 years industry admin experience; experience of coaching and developing others 1-2-1; ideally supervisory experience; able to motivate; able to work to deadlines; team spirit; adaptable; able to work well under pressure; proactive; committed to excellent client service; working knowledge of MS Office; good understanding of client financial statements; excellent knowledge of local finance industry, legislation and regulations.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
