Job Description

Our client is a globally recognised service provider & is now seeking an assistant manager to join its Family Office team to manage, coach & develop a team of administrators, ensuring the provision of a professional & first-class service to clients.
The ideal candidate should have a table 4 qualification such as STEP or ICSA Diploma, at least 6 years' experience in a similar role with experience in a supervisory role, a comprehensive knowledge & understanding of the local finance industry, including understanding of financial statements, legislation & regulatory environment.

Your role would be responsibility for a portfolio of clients (including complex clients) & act as a group "C" Authorised Signatory, some travel to meet clients, liaise with own clients, delegation of tasks, review of financial statements for your clients, liaise with all intermediaries, advisors and the JFSC in respect of your clients, supervise junior team members & assist with their workflows, review all outgoing correspondence for direct reports, assist with coaching of junior team members, Scheduling meetings & attending as appropriate, preparation of board packs as required, drafting of minutes & resolutions to include reviewing those prepared by your direct reports, Analyse WIP, oversee billing & debtors. Checklists, Periodic reviews & review those undertaken by your direct reports.
