Job Description

We're seeking an ambitious Assistant Manager with a background in fund or incentive structures to join our growing team. You’ll manage key client relationships, support junior team members, and have the opportunity to specialise in areas such as technical expertise, people leadership, onboarding, or business development.

You’ll lead on transactions, ensure compliance with procedures, and contribute to team development and performance reviews. The role requires strong initiative, communication, and mentoring skills.

Candidates should have or be working towards a relevant qualification (ACA/ACCA/ICSA/STEP), with experience in fund or incentive administration. A proactive, detail-oriented mindset, strong Microsoft 365 skills, and knowledge of corporate governance are essential.
