Do you hold or are working towards a professional qualification e.g. ACA/ACCA/ICSA or STEP? Our client is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager, to join their Executive Compensation Services team, on a permanent full-time basis. Within this role you will administer the day to day servicing of clients and their structures and act as a technical specialist, working towards becoming a people focused manager, get exposure to business development, or support our client's new business becoming an onboarding specialist. The ideal candidate will be an ambitious and forward-thinking individual with a strong background in fund and/or incentive structures, as well as a strong academic background and a desire to learn and grow with the company.
