Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to administer a varied client portfolio under supervision, demonstrating clear understanding of client portfolio, including risk awareness, relationship management and contractual and statutory obligations and assist with team management. Postholder will manage billing process with strong emphasis on recoverability and minimising write-offs; review client structures, completing review process; assist with preparation and review of reports for management meetings; review and interpret/implement legal and tax advice; maintain own and team's central diary systems; maintain accurate client records; assist with training, appraisals and reviews; identify new business opportunities; focus on ensuring existing clients are retained; ensure regulatory requirements and AML legislation adhered to.
The ideal candidate must have excellent understanding of trustee and company risks and responsibilities; excellent client handling skills; ability to investigate and respond to client queries; excellent time management skills with ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure; ability to organise and manage multiple priorities using own initiative; passion for delivering exceptional client service; superior communication skills.
