Job Description

Great role administering portfolio and ensuring clients are managed effectively; ensuring compliance with procedures and standard documents and contributing todevelopment of procedures; keeping up to date with technology and business tools; ensuring clients’ statutory records and statutory database/register are up to date; contributing to Knowledge Management and to development of precedents and procedures; considering regulatory issues and reporting concerns to senior management; overseeing quality of client service; building and maintaining productive working relationships with clients; developing awareness of potential to generate new business for new and existing clients; supervising and assisting in training; undertaking debt collection; ensuring billing accuracy; producing and managing fee estimates and quotations.
Candidate will have experience in a similar role; be able to deal with tasks independently and use own initiative; strong academic background and hold ICSA/STEP/ACCA; expert knowledge of local legislation; able to deal with tasks independently and use own initiative.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
