As an Assistant Manager, Corporate Services you will assist and support the management team with the administration of company secretarial administration, on a permanent full-time basis. Responsibilities will include excellent client service delivery, preparation and reviewing of client deliverables and reports and organisation for board meetings. The successful candidate will have 5+ years' experience working in a financial services environment, hold or be working towards a professional qualification, have advanced accounting and / or administration skills and some legal, corporate tax and tax knowledge.
