An exciting opportunity at a leading provider of Fund Administration, Private Client and Corporate Services.
The role involves assisting in all areas of the Compliance function, however, primary focus will be to support the senior compliance members fulfil their roles whilst they provide Key Person positions to the business and fully regulated and / or AML supervised entities. Additional activities will include providing general compliance support and assisting with the on-boarding of potential new business from both existing and new customers. The role also includes an introduction to the provision of Key Person roles to client entities which are supervised for AML purposes by the JFSC, carrying out activities listed under Schedule 2 of the Proceeds of Crime (Jersey) Law 1999. These entities may include Private Trust Companies, Private Companies undertaking lending activities, non- regulated fund entities. Candidates should have a minimum or 4 years Compliance experience; Currently studying towards, or desire to undertake, Professional Study with a relevant professional body e.g. ICA and preferably hold or near completion of a JFSC Table 5 qualification.
