Job Description

This is a great role submitting annual accounts, renewing regulatory registrations and filing statutory returns; compiling and submitting regulatory filings for key personnel; ensuring safekeeping of trustee and company minutes; maintaining authorised signatory lists; forming in-house companies; preparing share certificates and stock transfer forms; helping open bank accounts; arranging board/committee meetings; preparing company minutes; providing share transfers; handling dissolutions, liquidations and strike-offs; handling Powers of Attorney; obtaining Notarised documents; dealing with alterations to M&As; managing appointment and resignation of directors; drafting and amending policies and providing training; ensuring Jersey AML and CFT regulations complied with; report suspicious activity or transactions; ensure CDD and record keeping; filing; maintaining electronic statutory record systems.
Candidate will have ICSA/equivalent; attention to detail, the ability to work without supervision and under pressure is required, together with a proactive attitude.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
