We have a great opportunity for an Assistant Manager – Company Secretarial, to join a leading provider of fund administration and outsourced services.

 

The successful candidate will provide general Corporate Secretarial services combined with the personal time efficient service expected by the high net worth clients and support in respect of policies and procedures.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Renewal of all regulatory registrations and the filing of statutory returns.
  • Compilation and submission of regulatory filings for key personnel within the Group.
  • Management of the appointment and resignation of directors of the Group companies.
