Job Description

Exciting role providing high quality administration for portfolio of corporate and fiduciary clients with particular emphasis on client service aspects and developing administrative team, providing technical support and training.  Postholder will grown client relationships and manage client expectations; maximise potential for repeat work and referrals; ensure timely processing of work, meeting transactional and internal procedural deadlines, recording time, managing work in progress and debt collection; collaborate with Risk and Compliance team; ensuring CDD processed accurately and client reviews up to date; keeping updated with regulatory changes; assist with quality control of data input and maintenance in corporate services practice management database; provide assistance with annual reviews of client entities; assist with monthly/quarterly billing process and monitoring of outstanding fees.
Candidate must have solid experience in corporate, trust and fiduciary services; ideally hold STEP/ICSA qualification; good working knowledge of MS desktop software; knowledge of specialist legal industry software such as  Document Management Systems (Worksite) and Viewpoint an advantage; initiative, proactive, accurate, and well-organised; good communication and interpersonal skills are essential, together with the ability to build relationships; team player.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
