Assistant Manager at The Watchmaker

As our Assistant Manager, you’ll be the go-to person on the floor—supporting the GM, leading the team, and making every guest feel like they just walked into their new favorite place.
You’ll:
• Lead by example on busy shifts, making sure service flows as smoothly.
• Be the friendly face our regulars love and new guests remember.
• Support the GM with staff training, rostering, and inventory.
• Help plan fun events, wine tastings, Can shake a cocktail!
• Keep the vibes high, the team motivated, and the wine pouring.
You Are:
• A natural host who lives to make people feel welcome.
• Experienced in hospitality (bonus points if it's in bars, restaurants, or wine-centric spots).
• Confident leading a team with both warmth and authority.
• Calm under pressure—think smooth operator.
• Passionate about wine—or at least super curious and ready to learn.
