Job Description

Glanville Care Home is a well-established residential home providing compassionate, person-centred care in a homely environment. We are seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic and experienced Assistant Manager to support the day-to-day running of our friendly home. You will help lead a committed team, ensuring high standards of person-centred care and compliance with care regulations.

Requirements: A minimum of NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (Level 5 desirable/working towards), previous experience in a senior care role, strong leadership skills, communication, organisational skills and knowledge of Jersey Care Commission standards.
