Job Description

Purpose of role is to manage client portfolio with team and advise on internal processes; ensure ensure client records are clearly and accurately updated with all correspondence; communicate with clients on a regular basis; establish good relationships with clients and team; consider AML and KYC issues and report concerns to Compliance Team; proactively keep up to date with current industry issues; ensure excellent standard of client service; play key role in business development; review and manage workload of team administrators on a daily basis; assist in training needs; provide innovative ideas on how to improve efficiencies; accurately record time spent dealing with client matters to ensure clients correctly invoiced; review aged debt and ensure debt management protocol is adhered to.
Candidate will be at least ICSA/STEP/ACCA qualified with proven comprehensive experience in Fund administration; knowledge of local legislation/Corporate Governance; broad understanding of wide range of fiduciary products offered; strong people management skills and the ability to inspire and develop junior staff members; effective communication and interpersonal skills; strong problem solver; good team player.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
