Job Description

This role is primarily responsible for maintenance and day to day operations of accounting functions of a variety of clients and key contact for external auditor liaison, developing strong client and internal relationships and reviewing bookkeeper and accounting input, preparing client annual financial statements and management account and managing client ledgers; preparing and reviewing audit supporting information and schedules; tracking and monitoring preparation of financial information on team for line reports; proactively identifying process improvement and service line development opportunities.
Our client seeks for this role a qualified accountant (newly qualified or with a few years' PQE - ACA/ACCA/equivalent). with strong numeracy, analytical skills, proactive attitude, proficiency in MS Excel, strong communication and time management and prioritisation skills; ideally experience in  client accounting/accounts preparation; client-facing experience in Real Estate/Private Wealth/Corporate/Debt Capital Market accounting desirable but not essential, as is previous line management experience.
