Assistant Lounge Manager at No1 Lounges (JER) Ltd

As a member of the management team, you will work to drive the performance of the business and are responsible for ensuring the efficient running and operational management of the lounge during your shift. With the responsibility to deliver exceptional service, standards and core KPI’s as set out by the business, you will inspire, lead, motivate, train and manage the team. You will be responsible for maximising revenue and profitability, taking accountability for controllable costs, whilst ensuring compliance and health and safety measures are to the highest standards. Working 5 out of 7 days a week a mixture of early shift starting at 5.00am and late shift finishing at 8.30pm.
