This is a dynamic role within the People and Culture (P&C) team, supporting the delivery of employee lifecycle processes, and day-to-day operational excellence. The role includes responsibility for ensuring data integrity, supporting line managers on employee matters, and contributing to projects across jurisdictions. The Assistant Manager is expected to work with some autonomy while supporting and deputising for senior team members as appropriate. You will need a relevant qualification in Human Resource Management from a recognised institution OR a minimum of 5 years HR related experience, alongside a thorough knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
