Job Description
New Dynasty are looking for an experience Assistant Head Chef who is passionate about cooking good quality food and has great team leadership skills.
Applicant must have at least 5 years experience in cooking Chinese and Malaysian cuisine and has great knowledge of authentic asian spices and herbs to produce high quality sauces and marination to create good delicious food.
5 years resident required, 3 weeks paid holidays plus all U.K Bank holidays. Salary negotiable according to experience.
