Job Description

This is a great role undertaking client administration activities under supervision of Client Officer / Senior Client Officer; assisting Administrators with routine client enquiries and monitoring work in progress and Key Performance Indicators; assist in training of/work with less experienced colleagues; develop knowledge of billing process and fee quotes; undertake photocopying, scanning and filing; undertake post reviews on rotational basis for classification; review outstanding documents report and ensureaccurate dating of documentation on a timely basis; assist administrators with routine bookkeeping; prepare draft trustee minutes and documentation; pursue opportunities for improving procedures and controls; record time spent on different client matters via Navision; ensure database maintained and updated accordingly; collate supporting documentation and preparation of financial statements on annual basis; assist administrators with investment based work; prepare payments; assist with client transactions; ensure bank reconciliations undertaken.
Candidate must have good academic record with at least a grade 5-9 (A-C) or above at GCSE level in English and Mathematics; good organisation and time management skills; attention to detail.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
