Assistant Architectural Technician at Dandara Jersey Ltd.

Due to numerous forthcoming developments, we are looking for an Assistant Architectural Technician to join our in-house technical team.
Responsibilities
• Liaising with other departments regarding development works including Engineers/Surveyors/Buyers/Construction team.
• Assisting with the preparation of detailed design, kitchen, commercial fit out, marketing, legal and sales drawings as required.
• Assisting in the preparation of tender documents.
• Contract administration.
• Arranging copies of drawings for other departments and consultants.
• Assisting other members of the Design Department in their day-to-day duties.
• Provision of AutoCAD format drawings to assist in the preparation of brochure information and sales literature.
The successful applicant will be a team player, self-motivated and able to work using his/her own initiative.
