Job Description

Excellent opportunity to work with team Manager, supported by specific training, to assist with successful delivery of administration of client portfolio.  Duties involve liaising with clients; checking and maintaining central diary system to ensure that deadlines are met; involvement in the review process from a trainee perspective to gain further exposure; preparing minutes and assisting with billing and collection of debtors’ process; photocopying, scanning, filing and binding of documents; adhering to Risk & Associated Compliance procedures in relation to regulatory requirements and AML legislation.
Candidate will have at least A Levels/equivalent; ability to work to deadlines and prioritise effectively; excellent attention to detail; good analytical skills; strong communication skills with an enthusiastic and helpful outlook; willing to commence study towards a relevant professional qualification; self-motivated.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.  Training provided.
