Job Description

Itchyfeet currently have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Assistant Administrator to join their Private Client Services team to deliver the administration for a client portfolio. You will work alongside the team manager to liaise with intermediaries and clients as necessary, check and maintain the central diary system to ensure that deadlines are met, prepare minutes and assist with the billing and collection of debtors' process and perform various tasks such as photocopying, scanning, filing and binding of documents. The successful candidate will have A level qualifications or equivalent and be able to work to deadlines and prioritise work effectively along with the willingness to study towards a relevant professional qualification.
