Job Description

Great role providing assistance to and being a member of dedicated and progressive team, providing comprehensive administration services to international client base and their structures comprised of Trusts, Companies, Foundations and Limited Partnerships; undertaking bookkeeping to maintain accurate accounting records for the team’s client portfolio; drafting written instructions and online payments for distributions, dividends, professional fees; drafting minutes and general correspondence for review; maintaining accurate statutory database of client portfolio; liaising with banks, law firms and other professional advisers.
Good GSCEs/A-levels, especially in English and Mathematics are required, as is basic use of MS Outlook, Word and Excel; 1-2 years’ experience; good team player; risk aware; client and commercially focused; strong interpersonal skills.
