Job Description

Great role opportunity helping provide compliance framework and assisting members of Risk & Compliance Team; assisting with Compliance Monitoring Programme and projects; assisting with completion of Periodic Reviews; assisting with daily Screening of clients and scrutiny review of Politically Exposed Persons; ensuring regulatory websites reviewed weekly with updates captured for MI Reporting purposes; completing new business take on and closures tasks; ensuring CDD scanned and filed; building and maintaining technical knowledge; proactive in recognising and pursuing opportunities for improving procedures and controls; assist Company Secretarial Team; preparing Agendas and collating papers for Board Meetings, Sub-Committees and Annual General Meetings and following up action points; maintaining register of shareholders and monitoring changes in share ownership; maintaining structure charts; managing Safe Custody and log; management of company seals; maintaining Navision updates.
Candidate will have strong communication skills at all levels; be great team player; efficient and well organised; capability of working on own initiative; commitment and motivation; task orientated with strong analytical skills; accuracy and diligence; flexibility in role and adaptability to change; proactive approach to learning and development; A level qualified with a desire to progress a career in Risk & Compliance.  Project Management skills desirable but not necessary.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
