Assistant Accounts Officer – Group

Job Description

We have a great new opportunity for an Assistant Accounts Officer to join a multijurisdictional, independent provider of institutional and private client services.

 

Key duties will include:

  • Processing, inputting and electronic delivery of invoices
  • General sales ledger duties including file setups and closures
  • Assisting with Project tasks relating to data entry and review
  • Preparation and distribution of monthly billing reports
  • Provide cover to produce and assist with payment instructions per internal procedures
