We have a great new opportunity for an Assistant Accounts Officer to join a multijurisdictional, independent provider of institutional and private client services.
Key duties will include:
- Processing, inputting and electronic delivery of invoices
- General sales ledger duties including file setups and closures
- Assisting with Project tasks relating to data entry and review
- Preparation and distribution of monthly billing reports
- Provide cover to produce and assist with payment instructions per internal procedures
