Assistant Accountant

Job Description

We have a great opportunity for a Assistant Accountant, working for an independent manager-owned professional services business.


Some of the key duties of this role include:

  • Management of business invoices including liaising with suppliers and the business
  • Coordination of staff expenses
  • Arranging monthly payments for staff expenses, business expenses as well as ad hoc payments
  • Reconciliation of movements on internal bank accounts
  • Organisation of internal trackers
  • Tracking and management of client disbursements
