Our client provides premium quality accounting, fund administration and investor reporting services to Real Estate and Private Equity Fund clients. The internal Finance team are seeking an Assistant Accountant to service the needs of a portfolio of clients, maintaining electronic and paper files for allocated clients, preparing bank reconciliations, bookkeeping on SUN systems and monthly/quarterly management accounts. You will also assist with preparing annual financial statements, support senior staff throughout the audit process and prepare VAT returns. The successful candidate will be educated to A Level standard or equivalent, be keen to study towards ACCA, ideally have previous accounting and bookkeeping knowledge and relevant practical experience.
