Asset Management Officer at Andium Homes Limited

The Asset Management Officer assists the Head of Property and Asset Management in the delivery of the Andium Homes overarching Asset Management Strategy in line with the business plan. The role will be responsible for day-to-day routine tasks to ensure our assets are performing environmentally, socially, and economically with a strict maintenance regime to ensure high standards throughout its stock’s life cycles. The role will involve the delivery and documenting reviews and periodic assessments of Andium estates to establish whether to sell, retain, refurbish or redevelop.
