We have a great new opportunity for a Asset Management Lead to join Jersey’s largest provider of affordable housing.
The Asset Management Lead is responsible for management of a small team for delivery of the overarching Asset Strategy in line with the business plan. The role will be responsible for ensuring assets are forecasted to perform environmentally, socially, and economically with a strict maintenance regime to ensure high standards throughout its stock's life cycles. The role is responsible for reviews and periodic assessment of estates to establish whether to sell, retain, refurbish or redevelop.
