Our client is seeking a self-motivated individual who can work under their own initiative to provide 1st and 2nd line support to their ever-increasing customer base. You will cover calls that deal with networking issues and complete project work for the installation of new equipment and/or solutions for customers. The candidate will be confident in their use of IT and in particular Network and Communication systems and protocols, have sound communication skills, as well as being able to demonstrate a commitment to the highest levels of client service. A CCNA qualification or equivalent demonstrable experience is essential. Someone also holding a CCNP qualification would be desirable.
