Analyst – Transaction Management

Job Description

We have a great opportunity for an Analyst to join one of Jersey's leading law firms.

 

Key duties will include:

  • Carry out initial evaluation of new business mandates to include searches, due diligence and highlighting relevant points at an early stage
  • Maintain a record of new business proceedings and pre/post incorporation conditions or actions
  • Maintain new business workflows and files
  • Assist with new/existing service of process mandates, to include on-boarding, drafting engagement letters, raising invoices, updating registers and renewing mandates
  • Provide on-going support to the administration teams as required for the administration of a diverse portfolio of corporate and fiduciary clients
