AMBULANCE DRIVER - Paid Role at JSPCA

Seeking - An additional full time permanent staff member to join the team working on a rota basis, covering a mix of days, evening and nights, and bank holidays. Clean driving licence. Professional and courteous at all times, you will need to be able to think on your feet and have a practical approach to problem solving as no two situations are the same. The role can be busy with calls, especially in the spring and summer, and cover a wide variety of animals and wildlife, from stray dogs and RTC cats through to injured and trapped wildlife.
Some calls can be managed by the provision of information over the phone, whilst others necessitate attendance at the scene and potentially the transporting of the animal for treatment and care at the Shelter or through our vet partner. Training will be provided by experienced members of our team. Experience an advantage.
