Agency Support Adviser

Location: Somerton

Salary: Negotiable

We are currently looking for a Agency Support Adviser to join the successful and welcoming broking team based out of the Somerton head office location.

In this position you will support Agency Development Executives to achieve the required income results and contribute towards team/individual targets, whilst offering a bespoke high level service, adhering to company procedures and regulatory requirements.Responsibilities

  • Work with the Agency Development Executives to service existing agents and introducers and to deliver against agreed targets and plans. Meet with agents and introducers on occasion where requested.
  • Build agent and introducer reports, provide quality administrative support, and be able to create, amend, and cancel agency records on all applicable systems
  • Ensuring deadlines are met for all tasks contributing towards the teams overall budget targets & KPI's
  • Receipt, allocation and monitoring of leads to the appropriate team
  • Monitor and action agency email folders and agency post
  • Liaise with accounts team in order to address agent commission queries
  • Maintain agency records, to include regulatory documents e.g. TOBA's and IAR Reviews, on agency files
  • Creating a customer-led culture where sales and customer standards, discipline, activities, and best practice are delivered for all agents, introducers, and their clients
  • Support projects as they arise and as required, including outbound calling projects
  • Adherence to the Higos Training & Competency scheme.

Your Experience:

  • Relevant industry and business to business experience is preferable.
  • A wide knowledge of the introducer marketplace including regulatory framework
  • Ability to develop and maintain business contacts and goodwill
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prepare and present reports
  • Pro-active and self-motivated
  • Excellent planning and organisation skills to meet deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Co-operative and supportive team player
