Job Description

Do you enjoy working within a client-facing position? Do you have previous experience, or are you interested in working within a properties business? If so, this wonderful and diverse full-time Administrator / Receptionist role may interest you! You will provide administrative support to the Managing Director to ensure the efficient operation of the office and support the Property Negotiator/s. Duties will include but not be limited to answering and directing telephone calls, dealing with walk-in enquiries, liaising with Property Negotiators, the JEP and other media with regard to daily/weekly/monthly advertisements, social media management, distributing emails and any correspondence delivered to the offices in a timely and efficient manner and writing up properties as instructed by Property Negotiators.
