Our client, one of the world's leading financial institutions are seeking to recruit an administrator to join their expanding Private Equity division.
Duties will include review of documentation, record maintenance, reconciliation of accounts, preparation of cash reports, recording receipt of documentation and liaising with clients and investors.
The successful candidate will show a mature and flexible approach to the working environment, demonstrate strong time management and organisational skills and communicate effectively.
Basic bookkeeping skills and company secretarial working knowledge would be an advantage, but not essential as full training will be provided.
Note that we can only accept applications from candidates who hold 5 years' residency in Jersey.
