Job Description

We have a great opportunity for an Administrator (at any level) to join a leading offshore law firm in Jersey.

 

The main focus of this role is providing a wide range of administration services to a high quality and diverse portfolio of clients in the provision of private wealth services.

 

Some of the key duties include:

  • Manage and be responsible for the administration of a diverse portfolio of Private Equity/Corporate clients
  • Ensure that an understanding of Private Equity transactions, providing technical support to other team members as and when required
  • Ensure client and intermediaries expectations are properly managed and valuable relationships are nurtured so as to maximise the reputation of the team
  • Assist with the incorporation of companies and any related work in respect of the acceptance of new business
