Job Description

Exciting opportunity to administer a defined client portfolio, which may include Trusts, Companies, Foundations and Limited Partnerships; establish and maintain strong working relationships with team, intermediaries, clients and client advisors; assist Senior Administrator / Assistant Manager / Manager in providing training to Assistant Administrators; undertake billing and debt collection; undertake periodic reviews of client files; maintain client files and filed documents correctly; prepare Board/Trustee minutes and checklists; undertake initial review of Working Papers files for annual Accounts / Financial Statements for client portfolio; acquire, monitor and dispose of assets held within client portfolio in accordance with Office Procedures Manual; provide general assistance to Assistant Manager / Manager.
Candidate will have good GSCEs/A-Levels especially in English and Mathematics; 2/3 years’ experience in the Trust and Corporate field; hold/studying towards a relevant professional qualification such as preferably ICSA or STEP; client and commercially focused; good team player; strong interpersonal skills.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
