Job Description

This is a great role providing comprehensive administration services to international client base and their structures, whilst maintaining a defined client portfolio, establish and maintain strong working relationships with team, intermediaries, clients and client advisors; assist in providing training to Assistant Administrators; undertake billing and debt collection for client portfolio; undertake initial review of Working Papers files for annual Accounts / Financial Statements; acquire, monitor and dispose of assets; prepare written correspondence, Board / Trustee minutes and checklists; maintain client’s files in an orderly manner, ensuring documents are files correctly and in a timely manner; undertake periodic reviews of client files; provide general assistance to Assistant Manager / Manager.
The successful candidate will have good GCSEs / A-Levels especially in English and Mathematics; 2/3 years’ experience in the Trust and Corporate field; hold/studying towards preferably ICSA or STEP; client and commercial focus; good team player with strong communication skills.
