Job Description

Our client seeks the ideal person to administer a defined client portfolio and establish strong working relationships with team and clients.  He/she will help provide staff training; undertake billing and debt collection for client portfolio; undertake initial review of Working Papers files for annual Accounts / Financial Statements for client portfolio; acquire, monitor and dispose of assets held within client portfolio in accordance with Office Procedures Manual; prepare written correspondence, Board / Trustee minutes and checklists; maintain client’s files and ensure documents are filed correctly; undertake periodic reviews of client files.
Requirements are good GCSEs/A Levels especially in English and Mathematics; 2/3 years’ experience in the Trust and Corporate field; hold/studying towards preferably ICSA or STEP; client and commercially focused; team player; able to work independently; strong communication skills.
