Administrator – Private Client

Job Description

We have a great opportunity for an Administrator to join the Private Client team of an established corporate services company.

 

Key duties will include:

  • Responsibility for the administration of a portfolio of trust and company structures
  • Maintaining the highest standards of administration
  • Drafting/preparing less complex documents i.e. minutes/resolutions, as appropriate
  • Liaising with investment advisers, asset managers and other professional advisers
  • Attending client meetings with client directors and managers
