This client-focused business is seeking a Private Client Administrator to build and maintain strong client relationships while supporting the continued growth and reputation of the business.
The successful candidate will provide support to the administration and client management teams, including preparing payments through electronic banking systems, maintaining and updating client statutory records and databases/registers, and ensuring ongoing awareness of anti-money laundering requirements and CDD obligations, escalating any issues or concerns as appropriate. To be successful in this role, applicants should have a minimum of one year's experience in an administrative position, ideally within the fiduciary sector. A minimum of five GCSEs at Grade C/4 or above, including English and Mathematics, is required. Candidates should either hold, or be willing to work towards, a relevant professional qualification such as STEP, CGI, or ACCA. The ideal candidate will be driven, ambitious, proactive, and possess excellent attention to detail. A basic understanding of trust and company accounting, including double-entry bookkeeping, is essential.
