This is a fantastic opportunity for an Administrator, Oversight to join our client's newly formed Operations team on a permanent full-time basis. You will actively monitor the services delivered by the Malaysian outsourced services team against the Service Level Agreement (SLA) for Banking, Payments and Reconciliations products and services, whilst assisting with the collection of Key Performance / Risk Indicator data (KPI & KRI) across all of the outsourced activities. The successful candidate will demonstrate a calm, logical approach to problem solving and exception management, have the ability to work under pressure and be able to work well in a team. A basic understanding of some Banking and Custody Products would be advantageous.
