Reporting to the Head of New Business the New Business Administrator will be the first interactive point of contact from the Guernsey office for new clients. Additional responsibilities include managing the requirements of approximately 60 Registered Offices and Registered Agents (RORA) clients that are maintained by the client in Guernsey and liaison with RORA in other jurisdictions, which have their place of effective management in Guernsey.
Your key responsibilities would include reviewing documentation, carrying out compliance checks, incorporating new companies and preparing related documentation, setting up trusts, preparing bank account applications, and preparing invoices and making payments.
You will be a highly motivated self-starter with excellent communication and written skills. You will have the ability to manage and organise your own workload, work well within a team, and have the confidence to liaise with internal and external clients.
