Job Description

Exciting opportunity to deliver high level of administrative support for straight forward and non-contentious cases, reviewing and escalating data amendments and assisting senior staff with their client portfolio.  Postholder will assist with maintenance of statutory books and records and preparation of regulatory documentation; prepare payment instructions including for online banking systems and with supporting documents; understand requirements for payments for high risk clients; prepare billing control forms and work in process reports; produce statutory filing (minutes) for team; mark up correspondence for filing and book-keeping; schedule, attend and observe at meetings; circulate board packs, reports and agendas; assist with periodic reviews; draft basic minutes and resolutions (with assistance); request CDD documentation (under supervision); update team schedules/reports and team specific spreadsheets/information; undertake general admin/clerical tasks.
Requirements are a sound academic background and desirably studying towards/willing to study for COA/ICSA/STEP/Fund Admin Cert/Diploma/ACA/ACCA; desirably previous office experience; working knowledge of MS Office; basic understanding of local finance industry and regulatory requirements; highly accurate with good attention to detail; good time management; clear telephone manner; team player; flexibility; motivation; strong commitment to client service excellence; proactive and disciplined.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
