Job Description

Our client is seeking an  Administrator to be responsible for servicing existing client funds to a high standard while acting as the main contact for in-house teams.  You will correspond regularly with the client and their investors and be responsible for all aspects of the day to day administration of client fund structures; including ensuring payments are processed accurately and in a timely manner, be responsible for the management of bank accounts and see that daily reconciliations are performed in accordance with internal controls, liaise with the Treasury department and perform regular risk assessments and undertake company secretarial tasks to ensure that good corporate governance is maintained. Our candidate will have 2+ years of private equity/trust and company experience, secretarial and cash management experience be educated to at least A' level standard and be studying towards ICSA Professional qualification or similar.
