One of our valued Fiduciary clients in Guernsey are seeking an Administrator to work in their Corporate and Private Client Team. This dynamic and progressive trust and funds provider are in a major growth phase, not just locally but in other locations.
The successful candidate will be undertaking the administration tasks of Trusts, Companies, PCC's, General Partnerships and Limited Partnerships, assist in the administration of all client entities in an efficient, organised and diligent manner, and draft, prepare and review of minutes of Company and Trustee meetings. You will review deeds and other ancillary documents, assist in the bank account opening process, prepare payment instructions and monitoring execution of bank transfers. You will also assist with the onboarding of new business, coordinate with tax and legal advisors, and maintain accurate client records including file set-up.
You will have a willingness to work within a small team, be able to learn quickly and adapt, have attention to detail and accuracy is essential, be confident and ambitious, and be highly organised and able to use initiative when working alone or as a member of a team.
