Job Description

Exciting opportunity to work within global team focusing on compliance monitoring programme, including conducting reviews and programme updates; updating the underlying Regulatory Compliance Risk Assessment; proactively sourcing and analysing wide variety of data to test effectiveness of various business controls; maintain comprehensive working documents and effectively articulate findings in reports to the business.
Candidate must have solid knowledge of regulated fiduciary services business and AML regulations, ideally obtained in Jersey/Guernsey professional services firm; 5 years experience in Compliance/Risk/operational control- type function; experience working with lawyers or professionals, client due diligence documents and client management systems preferred; solid knowledge of regulated corporate and fiduciary services, including AML/CFT regulations, in Jersey and/or Guernsey, Cayman, BVI, UK; self-starter with excellent attention to detail and ability to understand and map business processes to regulatory controls.
